The purpose of the processing

The London Resettlement Partnership is a partnership consisting of the Ministry of Justice, Youth Justice Board, Youth Custody Service, all 32 London Boroughs, the Association of London Director’s of Children’s Services and NHE England. Grant funded primarily via the YJB, but also by the YCS and all 32 boroughs, one of the aims of the pathfinder is to put constructive resettlement (CR) into practice. CR is a theory of change that has ben adopted by the above organisations across the YJ sector to improve outcomes for children. The LRP is hosted by LB Camden.

Developed by the LRP, this digital platform aims to brings CR to life. The website is designed to act as an information and guidance resource for Youth Justice Practitioners who wish to learn more about constructive resettlement and put CR in to practice within their service.

The Categories of Personal Data

Should a user of the website wish to ask a question, their name and email address will be sent to the constructive resettlement lead who will use this to respond to the query.

The categories of recipients that the council has or will disclose the data to.

We will not share the personal information with any third parties. It will only be used to respond to their query.

Whether the council will transfer their data out of the UK.

We will not transfer your Personal Data outside the UK.

The criteria used to decide the retention period

The data will be kept for a maxium of two years, after which time it will be destroyed.

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, the right to ask us to rectify, erase or restrict processing of your data, the right to ask for data portability, the right to object to automated decision making, and if we are relying on consent the right to withdraw consent at any time. There are some exemptions to these rights.
